Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, the full-time Senior Project Manager will drive end-to-end program management and coordinate between clients and stakeholders in a remote capacity, ensuring exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects and proactively lead outcomes for customer-facing initiatives
• Drive program management from planning and scoping through issue management and delivery
• Identify and integrate interrelated project timelines, goals, and objectives while tracking financial metrics and project hours

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in project management or managing cross-functional projects
• Experience in analytics, including spreadsheet analysis and data management
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese for client-facing communication
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and advocate for resources effectively
