Job Summary

Managing strategic client relationships, the full-time Senior Project Manager of Client Services will serve as the primary contact for client engagements, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as the primary liaison with key client representatives and manages service delivery for assigned projects
• Drives client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of project deliverables
• Establishes project plans and timelines, proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely execution of deliverables

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in legal services or related industries
• Proven ability to manage high-touch client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
• Experience working with law firms or legal departments is preferred
