Job Summary

Managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project coordination and execution, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives, owning the service delivery relationship for assigned projects
• Drive client satisfaction by coordinating and communicating project deliverables and establishing best practices
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight on client-specific projects, ensuring high-quality and accurate service delivery

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on staff development and motivation
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to adapt to client needs and expectations
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; a JD or MBA is a plus
