Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex commercial real estate projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project delivery activities for data centers, act as the primary client representative, and foster collaboration across various departments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver tailored solutions for multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects
• Act as the main liaison between clients, departments, and third-party partners to ensure seamless service integration
• Drive business development efforts and champion cross-business initiatives to enhance client engagement and recruitment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering discipline; advanced degrees are desirable
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in the Design and Construction industry, with at least 7 years in Commercial Real Estate Project Management
• Proven track record in managing complex commercial real estate projects, including Ground Up and Build-To-Suit projects
• Experience with project controls solutions, including P3/Primavera and Cost and Budget Estimating
• PMP and LEED certifications preferred, with knowledge of a disciplined Project Management process (Six Sigma desirable)
