Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will own the full lifecycle of technology and business projects, collaborating with various departments and presenting updates to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of complex projects, from charter and requirements through execution and post-launch measurement
• Manage delivery of in-house technology projects, partnering with product, engineering, and QA teams
• Prepare and deliver clear, data-backed status updates and executive readouts to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in technology and business initiatives, preferably in the mortgage industry
• Demonstrated success managing in-house technology projects in partnership with engineering teams
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira
• Proven track record managing initiatives across multiple departments and building consensus among teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
