Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading eDiscovery projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of client services, ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project activities, delivering high-quality services to law firms and corporations
• Facilitate client consultations and maintain transparent communication regarding project status, changes, and risks
• Mentor junior project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in eDiscovery or Litigation Support
• Proficiency in Relativity or Everlaw platforms, including experience with Early Data Assessment
• Relativity Administrator certification or RCA certification preferred
• Strong understanding of data processing software options and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proven skills in client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
