Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex refrigeration and store fixture accessory orders, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate between stores, engineering, vendors, and internal procurement to ensure accurate ordering, tracking, and fulfillment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage non-catalog and exception-based orders while interpreting store requests
• Work directly with multiple vendors to request quotes, expedite shipments, and track deliveries
• Serve as a liaison among store managers, engineering, and procurement to facilitate effective communication

Required qualifications

• Experience in refrigerated retail, store merchandising, GNFR procurement, or a similar industry
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret unclear requests
• High attention to detail regarding quantities, specifications, and compatibility
• Proven ability to manage multiple urgent requests simultaneously
• Excellent email communication and stakeholder management skills
