Job Summary

Overseeing high-profile security installation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage project budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment with client expectations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and manage high-impact security installation projects from planning to execution
• Develop and implement project strategies to align with organizational goals and client requirements
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while addressing concerns and providing solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project management, particularly with large and complex projects
• Expertise in project management methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
