Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for sponsors, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of non-interventional studies, ensuring project quality, timelines, and budget compliance while leading cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization, managing project expectations and deliverables
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Oversee financial stewardship at the project level, managing contracts, resource alignment, and out-of-scope activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 8+ years of experience managing full-service clinical trials, with a preference for non-interventional studies
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including time, quality, and cost management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management systems
• Advanced knowledge of clinical development guidelines and therapeutic areas
