Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee client projects throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, adherence to timelines and budgets, and the highest quality standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages project scope and individual project plans while facilitating interdepartmental negotiations for resources and timelines
• Monitors project deliverables to ensure they are on schedule and within scope, collaborating with the account team for client sign-offs
• Identifies and addresses project issues and risks, partnering with stakeholders to develop effective solutions

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education
• Proven expertise in project management techniques, including people management and strategic planning
• Experience with the pharmaceutical business medical-legal regulations process preferred
• Strong ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software
