Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large, complex projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will create project plans, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering specific project outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide management and oversight of large projects using standard methodologies, assessing risks and ensuring timeline compliance
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage relationships with customer project managers
• Mentor associates and assist with pre-sales activities as needed to support project success

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in project management, business administration, or related fields
• Solid understanding of revenue, margins, and labor costs, with experience in financial planning tools
• Experience in account operations, P&L management, and program management methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, with experience in meeting facilitation
