Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multidisciplinary teams remotely, the freelance Senior Project Manager will oversee agency work across multichannel tactics, ensuring projects are completed effectively on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Drive internal agency processes, ensuring team adherence to guidelines and maintaining team motivation throughout project duration
• Partner with Project Planners to execute established estimates and work plans, while managing resource assignments for Creative team members
• Lead risk analysis discussions, identifying potential roadblocks related to budgets, resources, and timelines, and communicate these issues to leadership as necessary

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree or relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in advertising/marketing project management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
• Strong understanding of project steps and creative responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to establish clear directions and effectively communicate with team members
