Job Summary

Driving cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage complex projects related to product launches, partner integrations, and global expansion, all while working remotely from San Juan.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and execution across various teams
• Oversee integrations with banking partners and payment processors to ensure operational efficiency
• Build and maintain project plans and tracking systems to provide visibility and accountability

Required qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in fintech or technology
• Proven success in delivering projects involving multiple partners and global teams
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Monday
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments with multiple concurrent initiatives
• Based in San Juan, PR, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones
