Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of complex, customer-facing implementation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, orchestrating cross-functional teams and leveraging AI-enabled tools to ensure high-quality project outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex software implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, quality, and customer success objectives
• Build strong relationships with customers, driving executive-level communication and proactively managing risks, expectations, and escalations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementation experiences while enhancing project delivery efficiency through data insights and process improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within software implementations, professional services, or insurance technology
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving successful outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
• Experience with software implementations involving data migration, system integrations, or customer onboarding projects is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or PMP are preferred
