Job Summary

Leading the delivery of complex software implementation projects, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, orchestrating cross-functional teams and leveraging AI tools to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and customer success objectives
• Build strong relationships with customers, managing risks, expectations, and escalations while driving executive-level communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementation experiences and enhance project delivery efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in software implementations, professional services, or related customer-facing environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while achieving successful outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in business language
• Experience with software implementations involving data migration, system integrations, or customer onboarding
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or PMP are preferred
