Job Summary

Leading complex software implementation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, orchestrating cross-functional teams and leveraging AI-enabled tools to ensure high-quality project outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead software implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
• Build strong relationships with customers, managing risks and expectations while facilitating executive-level communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementation experiences and enhance project delivery efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in software implementations, professional services, or insurance technology
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, or customer onboarding projects is a plus
• Project Management, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or related certifications are preferred
