Job Summary

Leading complex ServiceNow implementation projects across various industries, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication while driving user adoption through effective change management strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project execution, budgets, scope, and stakeholder communication for ServiceNow projects
• Drive Organizational Change Management initiatives, including stakeholder assessments and training plans
• Facilitate workshops and prepare detailed project plans and performance measurement reports

Required qualifications:

• 8-12 years of business/IT experience, with 5+ years leading technology projects (Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience leading ServiceNow projects involving multiple modules such as TSOM, CSM, and FSM
• PMP Certification is required; Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
• Proven expertise in driving change adoption and managing global teams
