Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing medium to large size projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will create project plans, monitor schedules and expenses, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, time, and quality constraints
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track project progress while managing risks and resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and negotiate project priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Proven project management experience in a technology or software delivery environment
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of Customer Communications Management (CCM) products and solutions
• Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
