Job Summary

Leading complex, multi-faceted implementation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage customer engagements to implement HCM solutions, ensuring high satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements to implement Dayforce HCM solutions while driving service delivery according to scope, timeline, and budget
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with internal teams and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Coach and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and contributing to the continuous improvement of the implementation methodology

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Four or more years of project management experience
• Two or more years of experience in an HCM or ERP SaaS environment
• PMP or PMI certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with relational databases and SQL
