Job Summary

Managing multiple projects within a pharmaceutical advertising agency, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project workflows, collaborate with agency teams, and ensure effective resource allocation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project and staffing plans, forecast work, and allocate resources
• Serve as the communication hub between agency team members and partners, ensuring effective project updates and workflow management
• Develop timelines, manage budgets, and analyze process improvements to enhance project efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions
• Proficiency in timeline development and budget management
• Strong experience with PC and MS Office Suite software
