Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex enterprise customer engagements, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage projects through their full lifecycle, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes across AI, cloud, data, infrastructure, and application initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with customer goals and successful completion
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive communications while proactively managing risks, budgets, and timelines
• Adapt delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, continuously seeking improvements in delivery processes

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of project management experience with enterprise-level projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
• Proven experience managing projects in Microsoft AI, cloud, infrastructure, and data environments with budgets over $500,000
• Strong ability to build trust with enterprise customers and lead distributed teams across time zones
• Project management and Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM are strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and project delivery platforms like Azure DevOps and Jira
