Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic, operational, and technology priorities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex projects across business and technology functions
• Partner with business leaders and teams to align expectations, facilitate meetings, and deliver regular project health reporting
• Champion the consistent use of PMO tools and methodologies while mentoring project managers on best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant education and experience
• 5+ years of project management experience in a healthcare environment
• Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience using project management software, such as Smartsheet or Jira
