Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely within the Pacific Timezone, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee large-scale campaigns, managing project scoping, budgeting, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful project execution by delivering on time, within budget, and as scoped
• Track project hours and budgets against established benchmarks and facilitate communication between all departments
• Audit and recommend processes to improve operational efficiency while managing multiple clients' programs simultaneously

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative agency setting, particularly with large-scale campaigns
• Expertise in managing complex projects with multiple phases, ideally having worked on campaigns exceeding $2M
• Solid background in collaborating with cross-functional teams across various departments
• Proficient with Google Suite and project management software such as Asana or Salesforce
• Extensive experience in social media campaign management across multiple channels
