Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead planning and execution efforts, ensuring team alignment and project delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage timelines, sprint plans, and creative delivery schedules using Asana, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities and deadlines
• Establish project expectations with stakeholders and drive communications throughout the project development process
• Track projects through all stages of development, proactively resolving issues related to scope, timeline, and resources

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated success in project management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
• Expertise in creative operations, managing the full lifecycle of work from brief to final delivery
• Exceptional proficiency in Asana, including running sprint plans
• Ability to spot risks early and facilitate necessary negotiations to keep projects on track
