Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Providing management and leadership for complex clinical trial and regulatory projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will work remotely to interface with internal teams and external sponsors while ensuring project execution and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-profile clinical trial and regulatory projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive project success and maintain effective communication
• Mentor project teams and manage relationships with vendors and clients, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in clinical trials within a Clinical Research Organization or Pharmaceutical Company
• Strong knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory requirements, including ICH guidelines
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications effectively
