Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure successful project execution, the contract Senior Project Manager will manage internal resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams on pharmaceutical marketing campaigns, and oversee project budgets and timelines while working remotely and committing 30 to 40 hours a week.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field plus 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency
• Proven track record of building and managing client relationships in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance and MLR submission processes in the U.S. and/or Canada
• Proficiency in project management systems and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
