Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure successful project execution, the freelance Senior Project Manager will manage internal resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams on pharmaceutical marketing projects, working remotely for 30-40 hours a week while adhering to Eastern time zone hours.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects effectively
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field with 4-8 years of project management experience in a pharmaceuticals marketing agency
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance, including the MLR submission and approval process in the U.S. and/or Canada
• Proficiency in project management systems and tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
