Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading technically complex IT projects, with 8+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role
- Proven ability to drive projects through the full lifecycle using standard PMO artifacts
- Experience delivering healthcare IT implementations, preferably with payer-side exposure
- Comfortable managing in hybrid environments that combine Agile execution with structured planning
- Technical acumen to coordinate across software development, data engineering, and system integration functions
