Job Summary

Overseeing high-profile security installation projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage project budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and manage strategic planning, execution, and delivery of security installation projects
• Develop and implement project strategies in alignment with company objectives and client requirements
• Monitor project performance and address risks, providing recommendations for improvements and best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project management, particularly with large and complex projects
• Expertise in project management methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
