Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple customer projects from initiation through implementation and closure, the full-time Senior Project Manager will ensure successful delivery on time and within budget while serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects to support successful customer implementation and adoption of the platform
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly to customers and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, preferably in a Professional Services organization
• Proven experience partnering with external customers and cross-functional internal teams
• Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue, costs, and budgets
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
