Job Summary

Leading large-scale and complex customer implementations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage the complete implementation experience for an academic operations platform, collaborating with various teams and mentoring peers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including strategy establishment and risk mitigation
• Drive training initiatives for administrators and end-users to ensure sustainable adoption across institutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical integration issues and improve implementation processes

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in leading software or SaaS implementations, preferably in higher education or ed-tech
• Advanced expertise in project management methodologies and strategic decision-making
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate complex project risks and manage resources effectively
• Strong mentorship experience and a commitment to developing project management talent
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with AI in project management contexts
