Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Manager to join the Product Development team in a remote, full-time capacity, responsible for leading cross-functional execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and strategic initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, from concept development through product launch and post-launch support
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical paths
- Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business, Product Development, or a related field
- 10+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, wellness technology, or consumer products
- Demonstrated experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) or product development programs
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and stage-gate processes
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project
