Job Summary

Leading complex technology integration initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will deliver large-scale system implementations and migrations remotely, ensuring alignment across business and IT functions while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex system integration initiatives across business and technology domains, including platform implementations and data migrations
• Drive collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on deliverables and critical dependencies
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies through formal governance processes

Required Qualifications

• Health Plan industry experience required, with familiarity across core operational areas (claims, enrollment, billing, provider, customer service)
• 6+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success delivering large, complex initiatives
• Proven experience supporting large-scale system integrations or enterprise platform implementations
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships in a matrixed environment
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments while maintaining forward momentum
