Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple customer projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely and successful project delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the platform
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while communicating progress to stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout all phases of the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing implementation projects in a Professional Services organization, preferably in a software company
• Proven track record managing external customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams
• Strong understanding of project financials, including budgets and profitability
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience developing and applying repeatable project management methodologies and processes
