Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project development, ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards
• Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets, leading reconciliation meetings and creating status updates
• Identify resource needs and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendor relationships
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in project management financial platforms
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
