Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project development, ensuring adherence to business processes and quality standards
• Craft and manage detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met
• Identify risks and manage relationships with vendors and agency partners to secure necessary resources

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendor relationships
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in project management financial platforms
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
