Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Remote and full-time, the Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, manage budgets, timelines, and resources while serving as the internal point of contact for project development and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project development, ensuring quality and adherence to established business processes
• Develop detailed project schedules and manage budgets, monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining relationships with vendors and internal teams to secure necessary resources

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendor relationships
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in project management financial platforms
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
