Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, manage end-to-end development processes, and oversee timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to business processes
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring deliverables and conducting monthly reconciliations
• Identify risks and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful project execution and resource allocation

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and working with multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in a Project Management financial platform
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
