Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, manage budgets and timelines, and oversee end-to-end project development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to business processes
- Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and leading reconciliation meetings
- Identify project risks and manage relationships with vendors and agency partners to secure necessary resources
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
- Bachelor's degree (BA) required
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendors
- Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives
