Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of complex projects, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the internal point of contact for project processes and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to established business processes
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring deliverables and conducting monthly reconciliation meetings
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendor relationships, identifying risks and securing necessary resources for project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and working with multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in a Project Management financial platform
• Strong Excel skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
