Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of complex projects, manage project timelines and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring quality and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to business processes
- Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring deliverables and conducting reconciliation meetings
- Identify risks and manage vendor relationships, securing necessary resources for project execution
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
- Bachelor's degree (BA) required
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams and working with multiple vendors
- Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced Excel skills
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
