Job Summary
To support a dynamic agency, the remote Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of complex projects, manage timelines and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams while reporting to a Director of Project Management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the development of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to business processes
- Craft and monitor project timelines and budgets, leading reconciliation meetings as needed
- Identify risks and manage vendor relationships to secure necessary resources for project execution
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical marketing agency
- Bachelor's degree (BA) required
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendor timelines
- Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in Excel
- Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives
