Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of projects, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and serve as the primary liaison between the account team and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of projects, ensuring adherence to business processes and quality standards
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and facilitating reconciliation meetings
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining relationships with vendors and agency partners to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and working with multiple vendors
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in a project management financial platform
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and excellent Excel skills
