Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project development, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, while serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality and adherence to established business processes
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and budgets, conducting regular reconciliation meetings
• Identify risks and resource needs, maintaining relationships with vendors and agency partners

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical marketing agency
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Experience managing large cross-functional teams and multiple vendor timelines
• Proficiency in MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced skills in Excel
• Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives
