Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading large integrated projects in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Project Manager will provide oversight and support on project deliverables, facilitate requirements gathering, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management thought-leadership and ensure adherence to best practices and project controls
• Manage all stages of digital creative deliverable execution from conception to delivery, ensuring stakeholder needs are met
• Establish a continuous risk management strategy and collaborate with Account Directors on regular portfolio business reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience in digital creative project management
• 4+ years of project management experience with a track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing digital creative projects within an advertising agency environment
• 3+ years of experience using project management software, with Workfront preferred
• Strong ability to build relationships and navigate complex organizational dynamics
