Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a crucial integration initiative, the fully remote Senior Project Manager will drive the execution of a third-party integration program, coordinating complex workstreams and performing gap analyses to ensure alignment with vendor management, risk, and procurement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the third-party integration program across multiple workstreams, coordinating with critical partners
• Orchestrate gap and variance analyses and support the design of interim processes to mitigate identified gaps
• Prepare senior management-ready integration reports, including status updates and risk tracking

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with substantial support for complex integration initiatives
• Strong experience managing multiple parallel workstreams as a senior individual contributor
• Proven ability to conduct gap/variance analysis and support interim operating model design
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, or risk/compliance-related programs
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, executive-level integration reporting
