Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of fiber build programs, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage market funnel operations, oversee pipeline reporting and KPI management, and facilitate cross-functional coordination in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence for tracking markets through every stage of the funnel and hold functional partners accountable to stage-gate criteria
• Build and manage reporting for governance meetings, including pipeline coverage ratios and at-risk market flags
• Facilitate the development and maintenance of RACI documents and cross-functional meetings to ensure organizational alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, project management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a PMO, program/portfolio management, or business operations role, ideally in capital-intensive environments
• Demonstrated experience building reporting or pipeline-tracking systems from scratch
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one pipeline/PM tool (e.g., Smartsheet, Airtable, Salesforce)
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of distilling complex data for senior leadership
