Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful delivery of large, complex, and cross-functional projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage project plans, align stakeholders, and ensure outcomes are achieved on time and within budget while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, strategic projects with high complexity and cross-functional impact
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and successful outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 5 or more years of project management experience
• 3 or more years of experience in biotech, molecular diagnostics, medical device, or a similarly regulated life sciences industry
• 3 or more years of experience leading complex, cross-functional product and software development projects
• 3 or more years of experience managing projects across multiple stages of the product development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in project management, scientific, engineering, business, or related discipline (preferred)
