Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading and managing multiple enterprise-scale projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will develop project plans, negotiate resources, and ensure compliance while working remotely in North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and implements project plans aligned with departmental objectives, tracking and reporting on project status
- Negotiates for necessary resources, delegates tasks, and ensures project quality through customer feedback
- Evaluates project risks and develops contingency plans while coordinating compliance with audit requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Proven ability to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business areas
