Job Summary
Leading high-visibility transformation initiatives, the contract Senior Project Manager will drive project governance, delivery discipline, and stakeholder alignment in a fully remote role supporting a major enterprise Quality Transformation Program within the Life Sciences industry.
Key responsibilities
- Lead integrated project planning, milestone tracking, and governance activities across multiple workstreams
- Proactively manage risks, issues, budgets, and resource plans to ensure delivery excellence
- Provide executive-level reporting on program health and critical decisions while coaching project leaders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of project/program management experience in complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in project planning, RAID management, budgeting, and governance
- Proven success in delivering large-scale programs in regulated industries, preferably Pharma or Biotech
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
